This serves as a motivator for them to maintain their fitness program. If you want to try this, it can be done in a couple of different ways. If you really want to remember what you looked like at this time, put an old picture in a prominent place. Some people would prefer to just visualize this image in their minds. It's helpful to set goals, so that you have something specific to aim for. Don't overlook the importance of your intuition when it comes to your fitness efforts. If a part of your body, or an inner sense of some kind is telling you to pay attention to something, do so. You may notice, for example, that on some days, you feel completely "spaced out" and the cause isn't obvious. You can't always control your feelings or mood, but you can put things into perspective and not let yourself fall into a negative space. Have you ever woken up feeling sleep deprived, yet what really happened is you got too much sleep? It's hard to stay motivated if you don't deal effectively with such problems when they arise. If you lose your enthusiasm for working out, then you'll be back where you were before you started. Resolve that this won't happen to you. Fitness motivation for women can sometimes be a challenge, and it's not always easy to be upbeat. More than anything, maintain your positive focus and keep your eye on your fitness goals. Everyone has their own favorite or most effective way to keep their motivation strong. While a certain technique may be perfect for another woman, you might need a completely different one for yourself. Everyone is wired in a certain way, that's all there is to it. Sometimes you have to experiment until you find the system that is just right for you.
